Do you take insurance?
FIT PT GYM is an out-of-network clinic, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and if you’d like to seek reimbursement from your insurance, we can provide a detailed Superbill that includes all necessary medical codes. To check your eligibility, contact your insurance provider and ask if your plan includes out-of-network physical therapy coverage. It’s also helpful to ask about your deductible, since many people find that paying out-of-pocket at a cash-based clinic actually saves them money compared to high-deductible, insurance-based options. Our cash-based model puts your care, not your insurance company, at the center of every decision. This allows us to focus 100% on your progress — not insurance limitations, visit caps, or treatment restrictions.
